for the purchase and sale of goods in the course of the suppliers business. This guarantee shall not be relieved by any modification of terms or
composition or arrangement between the credit applicant and the supplier, whether made with notice to the guarantor(s) or not, and the undersigned
grarantor(s) acknowledge that they have read and fully understood this guarantee of payment and that they will be jointly and severally liable for
any and all indebtness incurred by the applicant.
