TERMS OF SALE

1. A cash discount may be taken if payment is submitted by the 15th of the month following statement date.
(No discount on freight, Provincial tax or G.S.T.)
2. Net 3 days, from statement date.
3. Interest at 2% (26.8% per annum compounded) will be charged on balance exceeding 30 days.
4. G.S.T. is extra
5. Provincial Sales Taxes are extra and must be charged unless Meyer's has been supplied with provincial Sales Tax
license number.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Goods lost or damaged in transit must be claimed directly with the freight carrier.

GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT

1. Authorization must be obtained prior to the return of any murchandise
2. Goods returned must be freight perpaid.
3. A 15% restocking charge will apply.
4. The original invoice, or invoice number must accompany all the returned goods.
5. Custom products and non-stocked products are non-returnable
